I will stand behind the products I sell for 20 days. (Atomizers 10 Days) (Low Rez Attys No warranty) However if you start to have issues it will probably be very soon after you receive your E-Cigs, usually it's a manufacturing thing. So if do have issues, please contact me so I might help you fix the product and if I can't fix it I will replace it. Please no returns/refunds on E-Liquids as they are a consumable.
WARRANTY The seller warrants that the goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the seller. Actual appearance of the goods may vary from images shown on the website.
20 Day Limited Warranty Includes: Defective batteries, and chargers, & e-cigarette body's which fail to operate or won't function after normal use as stated in the manual. E-Liquid: I do not accept e-liquid returns or exchanges for ANY reason whatsoever. If you do not like the flavor of your liquid, there is someone else who might! Taste is subjective. There are swap sections of the Forums like Electronic Cigarette Forum. I can not guarantee that you will like the juices that are sold on this site. I offer samples in the Tobacco and Organic lines for you to try. All the juices sold on this site are hand crafted Artisan juices. In some cases I extract tobacco flavorings that I use in the juices. With that said, there may be some variation in the juice from time to time and I always try my best to keep good consistency.
SHIPPING: We do not ship to Saudi Arabia or Egypt. International shipments may take 1-2 weeks or more in some cases. I make every effort to make the package as non E-cig as possible. Notice to international customers All items are shipped by USPS Priority or First class International. There is no tracking for international orders in either case. (If it gets lost I have no way to find it) Your package may take 2-3 weeks to arrive (sometimes longer) If you choose Priority you will probably get your package faster If you have an item shipped and it gets lost or held up in customs I am not responsible to either re-ship or refund. People try to take advantage of e-cig suppliers and say they did not get the package. If your package is lost or taken by customs I am not responsible nor will I reship or refund money. I give Domestic customers an option to ship smaller items by First class and larger items Priority mail. I have added Express mail as an option. Questions?
