What are E-Cigarettes?

Electronic cigarettes are an alternative to smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes.  Instead of being lit and burning, an electronic cigarette vaporizes a water type solution that is made up of water food additives, nicotine & flavoring. There's no smoke and no burning.  This is where most of the carcinogens in a traditional cigarette are created.

How long does the battery last?

rechargeable batteries may last anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours, depending on use. If you are using it very frequently it will last less. To avoid being without a battery, always carry a fully charged spare.    The battery should charge 200-300 times.

Is there an odor when using the electronic cigarette?

Not really, you may smell a little something but not much because the vapor dissipates.

What does it mean when the light at the end of the battery flashes?

It means that the battery is running low. Please replace battery with a freshly charged unit. Please Charge your battery for at least 3 hours when you receive it .

How much E-Liquid do I use when using the E-Cig?
Typically you would use 4-6 drops in the cartridge and 1-2 on the Atomizer. If you see leaking occurring use less but remember to keep the cartridge moist or the atomizer will fail.

Cartomizers will hold about 2ml of Vape Juice so you don't have to refill as often

It really depends on frequency of usage and how the product is cared for. Here are some approximations:

Organic Ingredients: Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Natural and Organic Flavors, and Organic Ethyl Alcohol. There is no sweetener added to the Organic flavorings. NONE.

Natural Flavorings:   Natural Flavorings and Ethyl Alcohol. Fillers are PG and/or VG.

What causes an Atomizer to go bad???

The most comon cause of atomizer death is for the reservor in the atomizer to get low on liquid.

The atomizer is a heating element and the act of vaporizing the liquid is what keeps the atomizer from burning up.

Many people expect to get a lot more from a cartridge and will continue to use there e-cigarette long after the cartridge is to dry to properly cool the atomizer.

I have atomizers that are over a year old and are still going strong because I don't let them dry out. Of course there is a fine line between keeping your atomizer moist enough to keep it from burning out and flooding it, which is why I always recommend topping up your cartridges.

If your atomizer should stop producing vapor the first thing to try is to put a couple of drops of liquid directly into the atomizer and let it sit with the mouthpiece pointing up for about a minute and then try using it again.

If your atomizer starts to be difficult to draw on or is producing less vapor you might need to clean it out.

Atomizer Cleaning:

1. Remove the battery and cartridge from the atomizer

2. Blow in the battery end of the atomizer to clear all the old liquid out (you may want to have paper towel handy to catch the liquid as it comes out of the mouthpiece end)

3. Set the atomizer in a pan full of water and bring the water to a boil slowly, let the atomizer boil for 30 seconds to a minute then remove from the heat.

4. Let the atomizer cool

5. Blow the water out of the atomizer from the battery end (use the paper towel again to avoid making a mess)

6. Prime the atomizer with either a fresh cartridge or a drop of e-liquid

7. Let the atomizer sit for about 10 minutes and then take a few drags to make sure that all is working well again.

Another Atty cleaning method I use is Efferdent Tabs . They work great! Just put one tab into a small glass of water let the Attys soak for 30 minutes , Then wash thoroughly Twice!!! Let dry.
